Kelly starred in the Alfred Hitchcock movie Rear Window in 1954. She appeared at the premiere wearing a spectacular “Caracas” dress from Christian Dior. The gown was later featured in a special Grace Kelly exhibition at the Christian Dior Museum in France, celebrating what would have been the actress’s 90th birthday.
